You can delete your account and associated personal data from any LLC Magsmeni product at any time, either directly in the product or by submitting a request to us. This applies to any account created with an email, phone number, or social login. Of our products, BeautyBox is currently the one that supports account creation; the steps below apply to it.
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted from our active systems within a short period after confirmation, subject to the retention notes below.
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to consulting@magsman.ge from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "BeautyBox Account Deletion Request". Include the phone number or email used to register, so we can verify and locate your account. We will confirm receipt and process the request within 30 days.
We may retain certain transaction, billing, and tax-related records for a limited period after account deletion where required by applicable Georgian law (e.g., accounting and tax regulations), or information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud. Retained records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
