These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services operated by LLC Magsmeni ("we", "us", "our"), including BeautyBox (mobile and web application) and Riabid (a fundraising online auction platform for Georgian art) (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services are provided by LLC Magsmeni, a Limited Liability Company registered in Georgia (Identification Number: 405377818, registered 07/02/2020 with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry), legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake District, Ateni str. N 6-8, flat 10.
BeautyBox is a mobile and web application that allows users to discover, organize, and book beauty and self-care services offered by independent partners. Riabid is a fundraising online auction platform for buying and selling Georgian art, allowing users to subscribe, browse upcoming lots, view artwork in person by request, and place bids. We act as an intermediary connecting users with independent service providers, artists, and sellers, and are not the direct provider of beauty services or the artwork listed for auction.
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Bookings made through BeautyBox are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant partner. Prices are displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; by making a payment you agree to the applicable processor's terms in addition to these Terms.
Riabid lists artwork submitted by artists and sellers for fundraising auction. By placing a bid, you make a binding offer to purchase the artwork at the bid amount if you are the winning bidder. Auction listings, starting prices, and closing times are set by Riabid or the submitting artist/seller and are subject to change prior to close. Requests to view an artwork in person are subject to availability and scheduling.
Cancellation policies for BeautyBox bookings may vary by partner or service and will be shown at the time of booking; we are not responsible for cancellation fees set by independent partners. Winning bids on Riabid are final and generally cannot be cancelled except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of auction.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting normal operation, placing bad-faith or fraudulent bids, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLC Magsmeni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including actions or omissions of independent partners, artists, sellers, or service providers.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
